Craving Fab Pastries: Challenge #2


Challenge #2:
Choux Pastry

Choux pastry can be made to be either sweet or savoury, so this month, it’s all up to you! Some examples are éclairs, cheese gougères, cream puffs or choquettes. This is the basic recipe that is recommended you follow, but you can change it based on whether you made a sweet or savoury pastry. You’ll have until July 31st to post your recipe, and then head over to Fab Brunette to link up.
